The construction of a solar and energy storage facility begins after all necessary ministerial permits and approvals are obtained. The site work typically involves grading the land, clearing vegetation, and ensuring proper drainage for the installation. Once the site is ready, the solar panel mounting structures are assembled and anchored to the ground. Solar panels are then carefully installed on these structures, with wiring and inverters set up to convert the solar energy into usable electricity. Simultaneously, the energy storage system—typically made up of large-scale batteries—is installed following all the safety requirements from the local, state and federal agencies, including a training session for local first responders before energization. The final step involves integrating the entire system with the local grid, ensuring all components are properly connected and tested for optimal performance.
